I'm a moral philosopher, mini-film maker, and a newly established author with my first book "Into the Chrysalis. A lot of my insight derives from a deep-understanding in philosophy and the latency in my neuroscience and cognitive behavioral studies.

Though much of the theme in my book covers a wide range of topics from meta-cognition, religion, rationality - my overall objective with my book, podcast and documentaries, is to broadly focus on how an individual can learn more cogently to adapt intrinsically in society, instead of forcefully living under the guise of subconscious conformity without questioning the self first.
